I was lucky enough to catch this superb Spanish Guitarist, Miguel Angel on the Southbank on Friday lunchtime.  Utterly, utterly captivating.  I was drawn in immediately from across the Royal Festival Hall by the electric Spanish style playing.
I had a chat with him and bought his CD - what a nice guy.  Check him out on MySpace by clicking the photo - there are about 8 tracks on there to listen to, many (all?) are his own compositions.
Am now hoping to catch him in a better venue.  Last CD I bought from a busker was “Knee Deep In The North Sea” by the Mercury Prize nominated Portico Quartet (how they didn’t win that year is a travesty).
