I am going to see Joe Lally when he gets to Kingston in London at the end of the month.

The last time I saw Fugazi was on their first ever European date at the now defunct, Sir George Robey in Finsbury Park.  It remains one of the best gigs I ever saw.  During the day I had been involved in a riot at a student demonstration.  All hell broke loose when some of the crowd started throwing sticks and the police rode through the rest of us on horse back.  I have never seen so many fallen bodies been trampled on.

Well, it was very scary, which only served to highlight how good Fugazi were with their brand of post-hardcore DC sound.

I never got to see them after that - I don’t know why. But I am very excited about this.

Am going with my good friend - and we will have a blast.
